When I got the window, they were out of the pour over coffee and couldn't make my drink I wanted. So she made something close, friendly service, but didn't like it. I got a sandwich and when I got home it was cold. All of this happened in a 10 to 15 min time from ordering and picking up, I live close by. Don't know if I will do this again.
