"Whenever I need to do anything for my T-Mobile account in Las Vegas, I generally show up here since it is generally the closest T-Mobile store to where I normally stay.\n\nThe service I get here is okay. They have cut the SIM card for my T-Mobile account a few times for free and I've also used them to transfer my service from 1 T-Mobile SIM to a newly purchased T-Mobile SIM.\n\nMy only complaint is that even when Tmobile.com website has a sale/special on their SIM cards, the sales people here will still sell the SIM card at the regular price (I believe at $20). I balk at paying $20 for something where the sole purpose is to enlist subscribers/customers to spend money on their service.\n\nUnlike a cellphone which can be used by almost any carrier after you unlock it, a SIM card can only be used specifically for that carrier (i.e. I can purchase a T-Mobile cellphone and unlock it to use it with AT&T but with a T-Mobile SIM card, I have to use it with T-Mobile service, there is no way to use it with another service provider). This means that the carrier is making money by selling the SIM cards at a discount instead of the outrageous charge of $20. I mentioned this to one of the salespeople and he informed me that only the manager could match the price on the website or give the SIM for free and the manager wasn't there.\n\nI then went to the Best Buy Mobile store in this mall and they were selling their T-Mobile SIM cards lower than this T-Mobile store so I purchased it from Best Buy Mobile.\n\nI give them 3 stars as being \"okay\". Nothing exceptional happened in terms of customer service."^^ . "3"^^ . "3"^^ . . . . "2016-06-18T00:00:00"^^ .
