. "2"^^ . . "Worst customer experience ever! I went through them b/c my Home Warranty chose them to fix/replace my Hot Water Heater. My time frame was 10-3. First of all, a 5 hour window? Really? Even Cable companies give you a shorter window. Secondly, i had to call twice to find out where he was. He came at 3:45. No phone call from him or the office letting me know he was running late. Then the amount of money for repairs (outside of my warranty) seem like they're overcharging!! When I refused to pay the hauling fee, he took it off but said they'd still take it away.
