"I used to come to this Starbucks almost every morning before work but then they got a new manager and employees and it's been terrible!!! \n\nI used to boycott the drive thru Starbucks across the street because the employees and service at the Harris Teeter were incomparable!! But they swapped out almost all their employees and brought in new ones. I have learned the new managers name is Caitlin. She works several morning shifts and she is ALWAYS unhappy, rude, depressing and silent. She seems to always have an attitude. \n\nIt used to be so pleasant coming to this Starbucks before work. There was always a great energy from there!\n\nI actually went back this morning after several months of distance, wondering if things had changed. NOPE! \nCaitlin was there at the register. Looking annoyed, unhappy and miserable. Her coworker seemed pretty sad too. I was in a great mood when I came in but after a few minutes of their presence I became depressed and couldn't get back outside fast enough! (Today's weather was gorgeous thank goodness) \n\nI have come to this location too many times to count and I've come across this particular girl a multitude of times to confidently leave this review. She should not work in a customer service based job whatsoever. \n\nI WILL NOT come back to this Starbucks and I will continue to either go across the street or drive out of my way to any other Starbucks for my morning espresso.\n\nPs- I used to work there, when they first opened (along with some great people like Matt, Deb, Josh and the manager Ashley) and we DID NOT treat our customers like this...."^^ .
