The staff is very nice, very patient, but the knowledge and concern for my well being is below expectations. After my first exam, I was in the office numerous times complaining about headaches, dizziness, and honestly hoping for a solution. In all the times I visited, I never saw the doctor. I just figured it wasn't my eyes and something environmental bothering me. The headaches have continued....for almost 2 years!\n\nI have more than one pair of glasses (same script) and not one pair is the same. I've had them checked somewhere else. Dr Factor's office doesn't manually fit your glasses, they use a machine. I figured that was more precise, but I've since learned it's not. There was a 4% variance between the prescriptions in 2 of my glasses. The progressive portion in one pair was 4 mm higher than it should have been...improperly aligned with my eye thus making it necessary to adjust my head constantly to see. (NO, I'm new to progressives) On the other pair, the new dr was unable to find the lines to even measure them. \n\nI visited the office so many times the first year that I truly felt I was a \"pain in the hinder customer\" and I felt guilty going back complaining....so I dealt with it. \n\nOver time, I purchased a pair of computer glasses to try and eliminate my headaches and that didn't work either. I've spent money I didn't need to spend, trying to find a solution on my own.\n\nSo, fast forwarding....while the staff is nice, the service and lens quality is far below expectations. I don't think the problems would have been there, had they manually measured me for my glasses.\n\nI cannot confidently refer anyone to this office :("^^ . "2016-09-15T00:00:00"^^ . "0"^^ .
