I bought decorations on Saturday March 31st around 1 pm for a party I was planning. I paid $70 & change in cash. I asked the cashIer to put the receipt in the bag. A couple days later I ended up canceling the party so less than a week later I took back all the decorations, nothing had been touched or open. I pulled out the receipt to find blank receipt paper. When I showed the cashier they said that sometimes happens due to their old system. They said they couldn't return it without a receipt but their manager could try to look up the transaction. I gave them all my info & the date & time I purchased the decorations. They said they would pass it on.\n\n6 days later I called again since I hadn't heard back. This time I spoke to the manager, Star, & she said she never got the message. Of course. She took all my info down again. Later that day she called me back & said she couldn't find anything & asked me to send her some photos of the barcodes, which I happily did. No one ever got back to me.\n\nI called 2 days later & asked to speak to Star. They put me on hold for 7 minutes, when I finally hung up.\n\n2 days later I called & asked for Star again, this time she spoke to me. She sounded like she wanted to help but she said she looked up the barcodes & those items hadn't been purchased since February. So now I'm thinking the cashier when I purchased them pocketed my $70 & just printed out a blank receipt. I am not pleased. She put me on the phone with her head manager, Barney who is a total A hole. At least Star sounded apologetic, this guy didn't even want to listen to the problem. When I told him I got a blank receipt he said he's never heard of that happening before. Even though his own employee told me that sometimes happens. He said I never purchased the items here & that was it. \n\nSafe to say I will NEVER be shopping their again & I'd recommend you don't either"^^ . .
