On receiving the item, I realized it was too small and decided to return it next time I was near a store. The enclosed receipt said \"3 easy ways to make a return.\" The third way was \"Take this slip with your item to one of our stores.\" Nowhere on the slip did it say anything a time limit on returns.\n\nI stopped at this Sears store on Warm Springs Road today. A cashier said store the policy was no returns after 30 days. I asked to see a supervisor. She too said the limit was 30 days, even though the receipt didn't say this. I then spoke to a higher level supervisor, who said the same thing. I pointed out to EVERYONE that the receipt I got with the item didn't say anything about 30 days. I was told I should have looked it up on the website.\n\nNeither one of these supervisors said anything like \"I understand\" or \"Sorry for the inconvenience\" or showed any sign that they cared a fig about the customer. Both were rude and condescending, even sneering. Their attitude was \"That's tough.\"\n\nI won't be shopping at this store again. Clearly Sears doesn't care about good customer relations."^^ . .
