In the meantime a neighbor came over to help. I received a phone call from Roto Rooter that the tech was on the way. I cancelled saying a neighbor came to help. \nMy neighbor couldn't finish as he was going to be late for church. I couldn't finish it.\nI called Roto Rooter again to re-schedule. They were VERY polite and the tech was out in 20 minutes !!!! I might add, this was on a SUNDAY and it was FATHER'S DAY and they were here in twenty minutes still.\nTom was VERY nice and pleasant and did the work very efficiently. If you live in Glendale or Deer Valley or North Phoenix I HIGHLY recommend Roto Rooter of Glendale 623 915 0995.\nSo many businesses SAY they have great \" customer service\", this business \" DOES \" great customer service. It is so refreshing to see someone actually knows what it means to do great customer service. This was the second time we have used this Roto Rooter.
