Very, very honest.\n\nI took our Altima in because I noticed a screw sticking into the driver's side rear tire. It was positioned on the edge, right where the sidewall meets the tread. I knew from experience that it most-likely couldn't be repaired, and would require the purchase of a new tire. The young man at the counter, Ignacio, confirmed this. \n\nI told him the tires on the car were, to the best of my recollection, original to the car when we bought it. They were Toyo brand, which I didn't think I had ever purchased in the past. We'd only had this car for a couple of years, so I was ready to buy a new tire.\n\nUpon checking my account history, Ignacio discovered that my memory had failed me. He told me that we had purchased all four Toyo tires at Purcell, along with a road hazard warranty that covered the cost of the new tire. Woohoo!\n\nI teased him a little, saying that he could have ignored that and not said a thing and I would have bought a new tire. He smiled and said, \"Oh, no. We would never do that. You're covered!\"\n\nHome run, Ignacio! \n\nThis is why all three of our vehicles, including an F-350 with duallys, are equipped with tires from PURCELL'S."^^ . "1"^^ . "2"^^ . .
