. "0"^^ . "This review is not about Dr. Cherry at all. It's more for the staff at the front desk. I have been a patient of Dr. Cherry for many years, and have been pleased until now. When I arrived, I was told that our appointment was cancelled due to NOT responding to a text message. Most practices require a response only if a patient is cancelling. I was not aware that Dr. Cherry's office requires a response for a patient to keep an appointment. One of the two receptionists said that if a patient does not reply to the text, that the appointment will automatically be cancelled without notice. I asked when was this policy enforced and I was not given an exact date. I asked her why was the new notice not communicated by mail etc.? I was told that the office only communicates through text messages and there is no other way. I did not receive such text message. Nor was I was aware of this new policy. I asked for them to make an exception, and I was given a really hard time from the two receptionists. One of receptionists was very stern, rude, argumentative, and was patronizing me. My point is that there was no professionalism, lack of tact, and rude behavior and no accommodation. My daughters and I sat in the office for an hour and a half without the two receptionists showing any effort or urgency to help us.I have never been treated this unfairly at a medical or dental practice before now."^^ .
