There are a couple people there who do a good job and follow the rules but the last time I was there I feel like the lady wasn't following through like she was supposed to. Skipping steps to rush through. She drilled off the old color and took the rest off with a file. When she was ready to put the new color on she just brushed the old color and never had me wash my hands. I hope she followed cleaning protocol of the tools.
