Literally the messiest nails I have ever had. And I've had my nails done for 15 years. I am here now, just finishing up. So I had pink and white coffin nails already. I asked for a pink and white fill. He first tried to tell me I did not need the white fill. I did. It has been 3 weeks. Then he tried to tell me to just get a gel color this time. I guess I should've picked up on the hints that he didn't know how to do pink and whites. But I didn't and I really love to have a nice, classic, classy pink and white nail. He did not soak the nails off or file them off enough so when he did the white fill you could REALLY see the line from the old white to the new white. He tried fixing it but I knew he couldn't unless he started all the way over. So I said ok. That's fine. I'll just get a dark color. They just look terrible. Nails all different sizes and shapes, the paint is not covering the full nails, the texture is bumpy. I know he is incapable of doing a better job so I'm not even going to ask him to fix them. I'm sure he doesn't care anyway. My pedicure, which was done by a different girl was fine, I guess. It was literally 1 minute massage for each foot. This was a deluxe pedicure that I paid $45 for. Oh and when I went to pay he told me he only charged me $5 more for the gel polish when it's usually $15. I'm sorry but I had to get that because he couldn't do what I asked for. I don't think I should be charged more. Guess he's just in a rush and doesn't really care because at exactly 8:00, closing time, him and his wife (I think) left and left the 2 other girls here to finish. It just really stinks because I go for my nails to relax and get beautiful. Now I'm leaving stressed out because I just really wasted my money. I am already looking for somewhere to go to get these messy nails fixed because honestly I am embarrassed to walk around with them. And am going to the foot spa for a nice foot massage, since I didn't get one during my pedicure. What a shame. It's a really nice place and seems clean. I'm still new to the area and still need a consistent nail salon I can come to loyally every 2 weeks. Obviously this isn't it. Honestly I would be very embarrassed to say I did these nails if this was my profession. Smh. I'm extremely disappointed in the product I paid $105 for.\n\n*Update* After just feeling like this experience was just wrong. I called the shop. The man, Steven, who did my nails answered the phone. Apparently he is the manager. I called to say I was very unhappy with my nails in hopes he would tell me to come in to fix them. Instead he told me I am too picky, there are no refunds, and if I don't like it go somewhere else. I asked for the owner's contact information. He told me he's not going to give it to me and he's on vacation. There are many other bad reviews just about this man Steven. He is a cancer to this business and the owner needs to know what this man is doing."^^ . "0"^^ . . .
