My most recent experience was definitely the last. \n\nIt's always a rough time trying to get a table so I'm always prepared for a lengthy wait. My party of 3 was quoted a wait time of 45 mins to an hour, however after over an hour of waiting we started to notice party after party walking in and getting seated right away, including a party of 6. We spoke with the hostess who informed us she can't seat a party of 3 in a 6 person booth. Even if we've been waiting so long? They'll keep it empty until the required number of people show up? Doesn't make sense. \n\nOnce we got seated I spoke with a manager and let me tell you I have never had worse customer service coming from a MANAGER. He completely dismissed my concerns by simply saying there were things I didn't understand. He made it perfectly clear that my experience was none of his concern and I was not valued as a customer.\n\nIt is clear Soul Gastrolounge only cares about one thing, and that is the money, and not customer service. Needless to say, an hour and a half wait and $200+ tab is not worth it to be treated so unwelcoming.\n\nI might add that, despite running food to our table several times, this manager never once checked in to see how the rest of our experience was."^^ . . .
