I asked if my prescription had changed and was told only that I should get new glasses since they were covered by insurance. They steered me to the high end frames, and because of my own needs for particular lenses and coatings, and my necessary 2 sets of glasses - covered by insurance- cost me more than $600 after insurance. Then they tried to sell me supplements for eye care which were very expensive. I since learned that my prescription had not changed appreciably and I had not needed the new glasses.\n\nNow for the positive, when I had a vision emergency, they handled it promptly and got me to the specialist.\n\nOn a side note, I do not follow sports and found the staff uniforms, the office colors, and the over the top OSU football theme off putting and not at all relaxing."^^ . .
