"First, to be clear, we never actually got any cookies from this place so my review is based only on my interaction with the proprietor. \n\nI sent a request for info/pricing and received a very timely response. After a couple additional email exchanges, we discussed a good time to meet for a down payment. I was told that Lexi was available weekend mornings and afternoons or after 5:30 during the week. I randomly selected a 9:30 Saturday morning time slot to which she told me she couldn't make work. Ok, that was fine. She suggested 2:00 that same Saturday. I agreed. I didn't need my order until the second week of July so I was in no hurry. Unfortunately, my pregnancy brain and my scattered attempt to prepare for our new arrival resulted in me forgetting about the appointment until the time of the appointment, at which point I immediately contacted Lexi. I apologized and assured her that I wanted to make up for the inconvenience by agreeing to meet with her at a date and time of her choosing. Her response was that I had ruined her entire day and that she had rearranged all her appointments to accommodate my 2:00 time (her suggestion, I reiterate) and that she was canceling my order. This seemed a \"nutty\" overreaction to a genuinely honest mistake that I admitted and owned fully. Also, it resulted in her losing my business this time and all future opportunities. I'm sharing it here because I am relieved that we made her mad, if you will, BEFORE she had any of our money. This poor business practice makes me wonder how she handles other miscommunications."^^ . . .
