Checked reviews on Yelp, the BBB, Registrar of Contractors and their websites to check for complaints, feedback and professionalism. Narrowed my list down and started making phone calls.  Kevin (owner) answered the phone and answered all my questions with patience, even though I could tell he was in the field working.  Didn't try to upsell me and even recommended NOT spending more money on a product that he felt wasn't worth the money.  He was willing to meet me to go over color samples in person and was very personable and friendly.  Scheduled a time to have my floors done and even had to reschedule due to issues on my end. Kevin was accommodating.  Floors were done quickly and the crew friendly.  Floors came out \"brilliantly\".
