"I have been a customer of their services for a year and a half and use their car services twice a week, every week for business travel. I have had a couple of issues with their service over the time period, but nothing that has caused me to want to switch companies. However, as of late, their service has become extremely poor. The drivers have been increasingly late for pick up (10, 15, 20 and 30 min late) and in some cases have never shown up! Not only am I not given a call to indicate my driver will arrive late (which could give me the option to arrange alternate transport in order to ensure I don't miss my flight), but when my driver is late, I am not given any kind of discount or additional care. I am charged a fee if I am late in arriving for the pick up, I would expect some kind of compensation if they are late as well.\n\nI have become very disappointed in my travel with Aerofleet and will be looking for alternative companies to travel with."^^ .
