The woman on the phone was very sensitive and caring as she helped me choose the memorial items. They delivered the memorial items to our vet. The ashes came in a beautiful velvet bag, the paw print was done with the colors I chose, and the urn was gorgeous and engraved just as ordered. They included a condolence note along with a lovely poem about the Rainbow Bridge. It all made me cry but the memorial package was beautifully and thoughtfully put together.
