"After two years at MetroPointe, we are moving on, but we have nothing but praise for this complex.\n\nWhen we first moved to Phoenix, we spent two weeks touring seemingly every apartment complex in the Central and East Valley. Most were too dated, some too expensive, and those that weren't, were inconveniently located. MetroPointe was the only complex that could check all the boxes.\n\nThe location is prime. By car, it's 10 minutes to the airport, 15 to downtown Tempe, 20 to downtown Phoenix, and 5 to the Costco, the Walmart, and some great restaurants. Plus, Elliot Road down to Ray Road is where Tempe really shines as a pleasant town -- this is really a great neighborhood.\n\nThe complex finds a sweet spot between price and quality. More affordable than comparable complexes, MetroPointe is also newer than most. The place was built in 2008 and it was built with integrity. The walls are thick enough that we never hear neighbors beside or above us. And appliances are reliable enough that no has ever has ever been called for repairs.\n\nFinally, the staff here is top notch. Maintenance is constantly at work keeping the property's public spaces in spotless condition, and whenever they've entered our unit to change a lightbulb or replace the air filter they've always come and gone promptly and professionally. Management can best be described as humane. They are always willing to answer any questions, and in the isolated instances where we have encountered challenges with billing and parking, management has been nothing but empathetic and understanding.\n\nIt's hard to say enough great things about this complex, and if our jobs weren't taking us elsewhere, we would happily remain. We'll see next if the move-out experience matches the tenant experience. I'll update my review with the outcome and any issues."^^ .
