Don't waste your evening at HOB when there are countless other establishments on this hustling walking street in downtown Cleveland.\n\nFish tacos - well let's just say that they are a far cry from an authentic mahi mahi taco you would get in Southern California or Baja.\n\nThe first thing we heard while being seated at 8:40pm - was a server walking by the hostess saying - \"you know we are closing in 20 minutes\" -- hmmm, not a very good first impression.  \n\nThe place was empty.  TVs are bolted to almost every wall but they only scroll advertisements - why have TVs if you cannot tune to a sports game or CNN or ??  - who wants to watch the same three or four scrolling ads?"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
