I hope he realizes that is costing him to lose his customers. I am one of them. To start, there were so many people waiting in the waiting room. That is never a good side and means you'll have to wait forever even if you have an appointment. Then, they had a Christian television program. That was a first in a waiting room. The main problem was that the front office staff was rude. She was always short when she spoke as if she were already in an irritated mood. Then, she was accusatory when I didn't have the x-rays or referral form. I kindly told her that I was never asked to bring them and that my dental office had sent them. She got a bit more pushy and accusatory and said that it was in the notes that I was supposed to do that. I told her again that I was never instructed to do that and said just forget it and that I didn't want to see the doctor. So I left. She called me about 5 minutes later to say that she found the paperwork and that it was in the other office. No apology or anything. I don't know why they weren't organized enough to have it prepared for my appointment. Even when I called them at first they kept saying they never received the paperwork from my dental office. I called my dental office twice to resend it. Finally on the third call they said they had it. Too much dysfunction and rudeness at this office for me and I got another referral."^^ . . "0"^^ .
