I've only waited in a line once, ever, which is quite a contrast from many public libraries.\n\nOne drawback is noise level.  I guess I'm a bit old-school in that I expect a library to be kind of quiet.  Both patrons and employees talk at a loud volume; more than once (incredibly), I have tried to peruse shelves with patrons singing *very* loudly in the next aisle.
