I called them for a leak that happens when the pool pump is running. Tommy their tech came out to look at the problem. However with the water being below the skimmer he was unable to run the pump to see the problem. He reports he will come back to look at the problem another time. when i called to reschedule he had reported to the warranty company that the damage which he couldn't see was not normal wear and tear so we were denied further services due to a dishonest report. If you can work with another company do so because they are not good as you will see by other peoples review."^^ .
