I wanted a relaxing -stress less hotel but selected the wrong doubletree! I called for a shuttle was informed it would be 10-15min. After standing at the curb for 35min, I called back and was again informed it would be 10-15min. A driver was being dispatched now. After waiting another 30min I called back and was informed that the driver should be arriving any moment.. 'He had been held up by another guest that had the wrong terminal'.\nI never received any apology by any staff, or even the Mgr.that was at the front desk when we checked in. We then we given a room next to the elevator and street, which we quickly requested a change.\nThe room is nice, but if you are expecting a Typical Doubletree experience...this is not the property! Especially as we noticed the Mgr looking/searching at his phone as we left the bar/restaurant.\nPoor customer service!"^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ .
