The only reason my fianc\u00E9 and I use their services is because we are FORCED by our apartment complex and it's probably because they have some shady deal worked out that if they are allowed to monopolize the complex, the apartments get some kind of commission. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR CABLE. Useless employees who can not help you with anything because they are following \"protocol\", uneducated on any promotions, will increase your price by TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS, yes, you read that correctly. I am paying $200 for June's services because apparently my \"promotion\" expired? Yet they fail to notify me of this by either email, or any other form of contact?
