"1"^^ . "Nancy Nancy Nancy. I wouldn't use Alaska EVER again no matter how much savings I would receive. We arrived to the airport at 6:05 for a 7am departure pre-checked in with boarding pass in hands yet Nancy would not accept the fact we made it in a timely manner while stalling and arguing with us about a 40min. Cutoff we left her counter at 6:23 that's 3mins passed cutoff and they refused us my wife and I had to take a leave of absent from work because of this. While waiting for management which Nancy said there was no manager?!?!? We had witnessed her give 3other families attitude and stalled them thus leaving them all late for flights and we all MISSED our flights this morning... we had spoken with an airport employee NOT from the airline, and she asked if the attendant was named Karen and she even described other complaints about her. Seems it's okay for Nancy to reject flights based on her attitude. Oh FYI 3 customers behind us got on the same flight no worries and they had 4bags and a big dog to check in. How did they get through???? Keep in mind we were ALREADY checked in with boarding passes in hand and couldn't get on our original flight scheduled a month before scheduled departure. We had to settle and take a next day flight WOW you would think buying the tickets a month in advance would make things easier, SOUTHWEST is great never once had a problem with them go with southwest!!!!"^^ .
