"Update from 1/19/2016 Review:\n\nMade a service appointment and brought in the Flex on 2/15/2016 to install the 2nd row console as well as take care of the other fixes that needed to be done from the factory build (left windshield washer didn't work, replace missing bolt from 2nd row seat, etc.) \n\nI was initially told at the time when we took delivery of the vehicle that when the console comes in, it would be a quick install. Well.... I got the vehicle back the end of day on Tuesday as it took TWO full days for the repair. Although I appreciated the service rep offering to come up and get a loaner vehicle at the end of the first day, it would have been more of a hassle with a 3 year old.\n\nWhen I picked up the vehicle, I checked to make sure that all of the repairs were done. When I went to look at the 2nd row console that was installed, I noticed that it was THE WRONG COLOR!!! They installed a black leather console in a car with beige leather interior. When I asked the service rep about it, he told me \"that is what Ford sent us and the order was placed using your VIN number\". OBVIOUSLY it was not the correct part for our vehicle yet no one even questioned the different color prior to installation. I was truly surprised that they were not familiar with their own Ford vehicle.\n\nSo... we will YET AGAIN have to bring the car in to have the 2nd row console installed/replaced (which should have been installed at the factory in the first place when built) whenever they receive the part from Ford. I am waiting to hear from the service rep who is still in process of reaching out to Ford. \n\nTruly disappointed."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ .
