"I just wouldn't ever again....\nHere are the facts:\n-Signed contract to build with Mattamy in Tampa area on 7.15.1\n-Was told permitting takes up to two months, house would be complete end of Dec early Jan\n-Heard nothing for two months\n-Arrived in Tampa on 9.13.15 and called sales rep to ask. The response was, \"Oh wow, it has been two months, let me check....\"\n-Told all was in order and should receive all permitting by 9.18.15\n-At Design Center appointment on 9.17.15, new VP of Construction told us absolutely nothing had been done with permitting. We were at square 1 and looking at a March completion.\n-Was told we'd hear from President regarding accommodation for our extra rental and storage time + hassle factor of a million.\n-No call, ever, from anyone other than our sales rep.\n-Great real estate agent got our contract canceled and $10K US back\n-The lot we bought for a $10 K premium is now being sold with at $29 K premium.\n\nBuyer beware!!!!"^^ .
