"4"^^ . . "6"^^ . "Point A to point B has always been my philosophy on cars. I don't need 8 cylinders or 10000 horses. In fact, since I have a two mile commute to work, one year I put more miles on my bike than my car. But even with my minimalist needs for a car, it's imperative to be informed and to do most of the leg work at home to have the best experience at the dealership.\n\nI've been a satisfied driver of Nissan for over twenty years and didn't think twice to shop for my next ride at Henderson Nissan despite the awful rating. I had no negative experiences with their service department in the past and Nissan's website made it easy to find the car that met my needs without leaving my home. Just be aware that once you give your email address and phone number on the website to check out the cars, an internet sales person will hound you with emails and calls attempting to get that sale.\n\nI did all my homework on the website and entered the dealership armed with knowledge of the car I wanted to purchase, knowledge of my trade in value, and my budget range. I had all the tools necessary to negotiate with Lee who greeted me at the dealership, gave me a rundown of my possible options, and let me drive a 2017 Sentra. We agreed on a price of a 2016 Sentra and shook hands. After about an hour to complete purchase agreements, loan details, and after a personal intro to the cars features, a new car with 12 miles on the odometer was driven off the lot.\n\nMy experience was pretty good overall. All of the employees I came in contact weren't the friendliest, but in no means cold or oblivious. They low balled me for my trade, but that was expected and partially my fault because the car wasn't in tip top. And I did end up going a tiny bit over my budget when I was offered a loaded 2016 instead of a skeleton 2017.\n\nI'd take every review with a grain of salt, including this one because the ratings seem to be only extremes. You've got to raise some flags when Yelpers either had the best experience ever or worst ever. I would come here for a new car if you're already familiar with the brand and are versed in all aspects of the purchasing process."^^ . "4"^^ . "2017-04-07T00:00:00"^^ . . "6"^^ . .
