No resolution or timetable of when it would be fixed. Five days later with no follow up, ends up \"tech\" never submitted paperwork. They had to resend a new \"tech\" with still no resolution. The first \"tech\" had no problem taking and cashing our check although the A/C was not fixed. After multiple calls and multiple hang ups by \"customer service reps\" we went with another company that fixed it the same day for the same price. If you want to stay cool and have a great customer experience, use any other company but this one. Worst A/C company in Phoenix, Maricopa, Arizona, and the U.S. For that matter.
