. "I made a reservation a couple of hours before we planned on arriving - a Thursday evening. We got hungry, so we decided to go early - assuming it wouldn't be THAT busy on a Thursday night. We were pretty wrong. We were told that it would be 30 minutes (basically the same time we had reserved). No big deal - to the bar to grab a drink.\n\nFour minutes later, we were told that our table was ready. Great - except, I need to close out at the bar...and if we would have known we would be seated so quickly, I would have waited and just ordered a bottle of wine. Oh well, to the table with my beer in hand.\n\nSat down - got waters and bread/olive oil (which was great). I ordered a small Caesar salad and the chicken parm. The other three split a full salad (it was huge...if there's three of you, you don't need the family size salad) and had their entrees or pastas.\n\nPastas can be single serve if you're hungry. I was able to finish half of the chicken parm (basically one piece of chicken and half of the pasta). We all ended up taking three boxes home after passing on the desserts. \n\nA couple qualms. Even on a Thursday night, the place was crowded (not so bad) - but it was loud...very loud. We would have probably stayed and had dessert or another drink, but we could barely hear each other anyway - so we did not. The restaurant is very dark. Maybe people (other tables) were using their phones to read the menu. Many it is part of the ambiance - but, other restaurants have \"light up\" menus. \n\nWas the food good? - Yes, it was great.\nService good? - Yes.\nGood value? - Yes, chicken parm entree was $20 something, but gave me two good size meals.\nOther issues? - Yes, loud and dark.\nWould I go back? - For sure, with the right set of people. It's much more of a friends place to go. I wouldn't do a first date or meal with the rents.\n\nP.S. - I ate the leftover chicken parm for lunch today - it was still great!"^^ . . "0"^^ .
