My most recent vehicle is a 2016 Yukon Denali which I purchased from Earnhardt GMC (far from where I live) because Van couldn't find me the exact truck I wanted. So.... today I called Van to schedule my 30k mike service and have a few issues checked out. I was told that it could take a few days. So I replied \"ok as long as I can get a loaner\".  I was told a loaner couldn't be guaranteed and that I should reserve myself a rental as a backup. Seriously!? I spend $60k+ on a truck and I have to rent a car when it's in your shop for warranty work!? So I decided to call Earnhardt CADILLAC since they are in my area. No problem.
