They blend efficiency with friendliness into an experience that I find to be unmatched by any other office I've visited in my two decades here.\n\nAnd, while the staff here is exemplary, Dr. Gates has also proven to be a wise and competent dentist. \n\nI once had a sudden swelling around a tooth at 4:45pm on a Friday. I called and explained the situation, and Dr. Gates waited after hours for me to drive there so he could take a look and write me a prescription. I have confidence that Dr. Gates knows what he's doing and will offer the best course of action for any problems that arise.\n\nI'm on a first name basis with many of the staff here, and my other family members are also patients.
