The staff and maintenance crew at Avana are all very friendly and they try their best to make sure your needs or concerns are taken care of.  Whenever we have had issues with appliances in our unit, maintenance has taken no longer than two days to come and fix the problem and they are always a pleasure to be around.\n\nThe mid Scottsdale location is great and the rent prices beat other nearby apartment complexes.  The grounds are kept relatively clean (apart from people not picking up their dog's waste) and most importantly, it's quiet and feels safe.\n\nOverall very happy to live here and would recommend Avana to anyone looking to relocate to the Scottsdale area."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
