The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the manager was the downfall! He interrupted a team member who was helping me to give her directions on stocking something. He didn't say excuse me, just blurted right in to take her attention away from her helping me select my wine glasses. I was in a hurry, I had to wait until he finished lecturing her for her to get back to helping me. I had another weird experience at the cash register, I had a $100 bill (Christmas shopping!) and when the cashier asked if they had change, he opened a drawer to look, then looked at me, paused, and said, \"Well the change needs to be no more than $30.\" Never had that as an issue, but I paid with my card instead because I needed to leave. Then as I exited the store, he stopped, we made eye contact, and he walked away, no \"Thank you, have a nice day\" Nothing. It was soooo awkward. He was in robot mode for sure! Again, the employees were all very nice, but the floor manager sure killed the vibe!"^^ . "0"^^ .
