As I stood there waiting to be helped the staff literally kept looking passed me as if I didn't exist. The teens treated the place like it was a hangout to go and make some money. I even made direct eye contact with them and said \"hi\" and the girl just started me like i spoke Mandarin to her. The guy seemed to own or run the place finally came out and took care of getting me a U-haul. One of the most unprofessional places in Mesa.
