. . "This was by far the worst travel experience I've ever had in my life. To start, the reservation process took about 6 hours because no one on the reservation line seems to be competent. Our flight to Atlanta was delayed by over 5 hours. When we asked about compensation, we were lied too and told that they did not compensate for weather for us to find out later that the delay was because of mechanical issues and pilot scheduling errors. On the last leg of our return flight, the customer service representative threatened to have me arrested after I told him he needed to switch myself and my fianc\u00E9 to the same flight since there was a scheduling error and to compensate for what had happened to us. This is all after I had a $500 altimeter stolen from my luggage by baggage handlers. After 10 years of flying with US Airways and American, this is the final draw. I will never fly with US Airways or American. The other passengers were ready to mutiny because the whole situation was handled so poorly on the outgoing flight. I don't see this company lasting another 10-20 years with this kind of customer service. They will probably end up having to sell out to another company at some point.\n\nAlso, we found rotten food in all of the magazine holders on the back of the seats. Disgusting!"^^ .
