"0"^^ . "I've finally had it with this place. I will say, the back office staff has always been great and I've had no problems with them or the work they have done, they are the only reason I even gave this place 2 stars. However, the front office staff is terrible. We have had so many scheduling issues I can't even list them all. The first time we brought our kids in, we set their appointments one after the other with my daughter being second so I had time to get there from work (my husband took them but my daughter was scared and wanted me there for her) but when they got there, the appointments had been changed to be at the same earlier time. When they tried to see my daughter before I got there, she freaked out and wouldn't even sit in the chair or let them touch her. My husband had to call me and I had to leave work even earlier than planned to get there for her. Then, when my son was scheduled for his crown, I called to double check the time and the front desk said that it was good that I called because they needed to reschedule his appointment. They didn't call me, they waited till I called them. Then, at my daughters crown appointment, when signing the papers before she was called back, I let the woman up front know that I had called and asked ahead of time how much the white crown would be and had told them that I would pay for the white crown. This front desk person then proceeded to tell me that whoever I talked to on the phone was wrong and it really cost $150 more than what I was quoted. When I asked her about why I would have been quoted that far off, she just gave me attitude. I told her that it really bothered me that I had called weeks in advance to check on the price, someone then called me back after looking into it and quoted me a price, but then at the appointment she wanted me to pay $150 more. I basically had to tell her that she could give it to me for the price I was quoted on the phone or I would take my daughter somewhere else, so she finally let me have it at the quoted price. At that same appointment, I was charged incorrectly for multiple things, and when I called them about it I was told that I had been over charged a certain amount but that a manager would have to call me back. When the manager did call me back, she told me that yes, I had been over charged, but it was by a different amount than the other person had said. So, basically, for one visit, 3 different people told me I owed 3 different amounts and 2 of them told me that the last person had just run the insurance incorrectly, which makes me wonder how many other people are being charged incorrect amounts. Then, I just called them to set up an appointment for an issue my daughter has, while on the phone I asked to double check on their cleaning appointments that we set up in February and the woman on the phone told me yet again that they need to be rescheduled. Yet again, they didn't call me to reschedule, they waited for me to call them. I told her that I work 4 10s and am off on Fridays, and she told me that the next Friday appointment they have is in October. So, we scheduled our appointment 6 months in advance, they need to reschedule it but didn't call me to let me know that, and then they tell me it will have to be pushed back another 2 months? I asked her why I wasn't called, she first tried to tell me that it was just this week, to which I told her that this wasn't the first time it had happend. When I asked her why the front desk doesn't call patients to let them know that they need to reschedule their appintment, she literally told me that that was a good idea and she would look into changing their process so this doesn't happen in the future. Are you freaking kidding me? How is that not front desk 101?"^^ . "0"^^ . . "2"^^ . . "0"^^ . "2016-06-17T00:00:00"^^ . .
