I've had 4 VWs and when I couldn't get in quickly here in the past I've tried other dealerships. None have had the outstanding customer service of the service dept at Imports by Day. I broke my door handle in subzero temps and they sent mechanics to my home to try to fix it (out in the cold!). They have definitely stepped up their service over the past few years and have made it even easier to get an appointment that is convenient for me. I have had a few bugs in my Tiguans over the years (no fault of theirs) and when waiting for parts to be ordered they've always gotten me a loaner car if I needed it."^^ . "0"^^ .
