I waited 10 minutes for someone, anyone to give me the key to my car. Just to find out my car is never locked. So after they leave at 8 who knows who is going in my car. This is absolutely absurd. How am I supposed to trust you if you can't lock the damn car. Don't go to Pep Boys. They are beyond incapable of helping.
