After calling ahead a week in advance I then realized I had doubled booked my appointment. So, I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule and it went to VM. \nLong story, in short, they NEVER called me back to reschedule, instead they were insinuating that I lied about cancelling prior and even checked their messages. Even the office Manager got on the phone and was rude and unapologetic and never once asked to reschedule me!!!
