I went to buy a used 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee and they wanted the high end of Blue Book value which was not really worth it but the Jeep had the Altitude package so I stayed to negotiate. The problem arrives when you try to trade-in your car. Wholly smokes they lowball you big time!! The kid said they used this thing called Black Book and the offer was ridiculously low. The offered me $9,500 and I got $13,500 (which was Blue Book trade-in value) at Chapman Dodge on McDowell. I would definitely recommend Chapman Dodge and my sales associate was Andy (not pushy at all). Airpark Dodge must have called me for two weeks after I left and annoyed me to no end. Also, I felt bad for the Sales \"kid\" at Airpark Dodge because he tried so hard but the numbers weren't there so I kept saying no. He kept checking with the sales manager every time I said no and he would come back just for me to say no again. On my way out the door I seriously hear the sales manager (or whoever the Mexican guy in the office near the front is) say to the kid \"man I thought you had him\". I was about to tell the kid he was not even close and should seriously look at going to another dealer for work because commissions must be hard to come by at Airpark Dodge.
