Instead, I want to express my gratitude at the remarkable way they handled a misunderstanding (probably more on my part than on theirs) that resulted in my door being refinished in a way I didn't expect and, frankly, was very disappointed with.When I brought my disappointment to their attention, there was no effort to lay the blame at my feet, though certainly it might have belonged there. They simply came back and redid the entire job, from start to finish, as though they had never done it before. The re-do resulted in a beautiful door, just like all the yelp reviewers describe, but it was the unbelievable level of customer service that was remarkable and which I told all my neighbors about.
