"IF I COULD I WOULD NOT GIVE THEM A STAR AT ALL BUT I HAVE TO JUST TO BE ABLE TO WRITE MY COMPLAINT! I have home warranty it's first American home my water heater went out FM sent Ideal services to check it out tech said need to replace it that was on January 16, 2017. To my surprise ideal said water heater is on warrenty with the water heater company \"state\" and that they would have to locate 50 gallon state water heater that had to be ordered. This is already a week in I was told that the water heater will take 10 days to get ! So I called my warranty company first American to compliant after several calls I got in touch with Dina Rodriguez she got the water heater order I was told water heater will be in Monday 1-20-17 we waited n NO water heater still in back order til the end of the month ! After all that wait ! The Water heater order came in 1-27-17 to my surprise jessica at IDEAL SERVICE tells me that there is a $400 fee that I have to cover for modification that the tech had to do to install the new water heater mind you when they order the exact same one there is NO modification needed so I asked jessica at customer service \"what modification \" she could not explain. This company is charging unnecessary fees ripping people off for work that's not necessary. We CASH out with FA and replace the water heater our self with NO modification needed. The supplier had the STATE WATER HEATER on stock all this time. See picture no modification needed. Beware this company has a license to rip customers off . We will never ever USE IDEAL services in our properties. I left a message for the owner to call me until this day I'm still waiting for his call. I don't care for the owner to call me anymore I took care of the problem myself. NO STARS FOR THIS IDEAL SERVICE COMPANY !! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE."^^ . "1"^^ . . "5"^^ .
