"In the last year I have been contacted by Chaise (Customer Care Representative) stating that they received my payment check for the HOA dues but it came in damaged from the postal service and that I needed to send a replacement check.\n The first time I didn't think anything about it and sent a replacement check. A few months later when I received my second call from him once again stating that it came in this way from the postal service again requesting a replacement check for the month. I told him then, that I have serious doubts that the postal service is damaging my envelopes but that I would send a replacement check for the second time.\n The third time came this month and I had the displeasure of speaking to Chaise once again. I was finally irritated and I told him that I send in my payment every month in the small envelopes provided by them showing their address in the window. My checks are business size and that they and NOT the postal service must be damaging them when they open the envelope.\n He suggested that going forward I send my payment to another address that he provided me. I said no problem but please send me back the damaged check for my records.I had never requested the damaged checks be returned to me in the past but now that it was going to be the third one and I did not put a stop payment on any of them due to the $35 per check my bank would charge me. I was concerned that they might somehow be processed by them at a later date. Chaise personally told me that he put the damaged check along with the coupon in an envelope and will mail it back to me.\n When I received the envelope and opened it the only thing that was in it was the monthly coupon voucher and NO CHECK!!!!! I emailed him and told him that he lied to me and didn't send me the check like he stated that he did and that he is incompetent at his job.\n He responded that he sent both the check and the voucher in the envelope and from now on consult with his supervisor.\n His supervisor Kelly (a real piece of work) actually had the nerve to email me and say that she was in the office and personally saw Chaise put both items in the envelope, and that is all she has to say.\nIf they both saw the check being put in the envelope and I received only the voucher WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CHECK ????DID IT JUST EVAPORATE!!!!! Liars!!!!!! How dumb do they think that I am? and why would I even be asking for it if it was in the envelope?\nThis is a classic example of a supervisor that lacks HONESTY AND INTEGRITY and also covers for an incompetent employee. If they would have just sent me my damaged check this review would not have been necessary. They probably don't give a crap anyway. It bothers me that I help to pay there salary's and I get this kind of treatment and get nothing in return. They are working for us the Homeowners, I am a customer with a legitimate complaint and they blew me off. DON'T TRUST THESE TWO IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS WITH THIS COMPANY ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE!!!!!! After reading all of these reviews I can see why they have such bad ratings."^^ . .
