Enormously long lines and you will wait forever only to encounter a very rude, uncaring individual who is not at all interested in helping you. You will, however, see plenty of frustrated people waiting, getting the run-around, and generally being annoyed, so at least when you feel this way too (inevitable) you won't be alone. Avoid at all costs, particularly if it's a busy time of day (rush hour) or year (Christmas).
