As I have spent the better part of 3 days on hold, and am on hold now - I figured why not type whilst I'm waiting. I have tried to give them 2 stars as the few times I have managed to get through and get a human to help, the humans have been helpful. But this is absolutely ridiculous. Any second star received for actual help has been overshadowed by the RIDICULOUS lack of customer service. Fast (slow?) forward three weeks - and many emails and hold hours later - I still have not received my refund. I was told that cc# is invalid (same one I paid with?). I finally got through to reconfirm credit card # after days of holding. (By the way - they only play 4 songs total on their hold recordings. It is slow psychological torture.) I now hum them in my sleep and upon waking. Anyhow, for any type of refund, change question, etc. they have a policy of 'no email' so phone only. You are absolutely STUCK if you need help, waiting in this ridiculous queue. Oh God - hear comes Hotel California fot the 28th time =(."^^ . "0"^^ . .
