The agreed upon price for the car we were going to purchase did not make it's way to the final contract. They tried to charge us an additional $1200 on the final deed. I caught it. Thank God. The jeep we were buying was missing a passenger seat belt (they let us drive it home!), a cosmetic piece of plastic below the dash, the dash and dome lights didn't turn on and the radio didn't work. Our dealer assured us all of this could get fixed if we would just bring the jeep back the next week in the morning. he would personally escort us to the service department. We showed up early as requested of us. The dealer didn't come in until 11. What the...?? We visit service and tell them that we had an appointment with our dealer, Jason. The service department informs us that they don't do appointments and that we should have never listened to our dealer. Service tells us to come back next week. We do. This time, the service technician who has been \"assigned\" to our vehicle decides not to come to work on the day we are told our repairs will be made. We say that that is fine, we will leave the car for the weekend. This was Friday morning. By Sunday at 1 pm, the jeep is still not repaired. The service department indicates that perhaps if we could leave it longer they would have gotten to it. You know, because a WHOLE weekend isn't enough! We were taken to the receptionist in the service department to make an appointment. But wait, weren't we told perviously that they don't make appointments??\nWe now have a THIRD appointment to have our \"new\" jeep fixed. We are taking it in on Friday, July 13th. I hope this is the repair session that answers all of our prayers. Although we LOVE our new jeep, even through all of the hassles, we will NEVER buy from Sullivan again. And personally, I don't think you should either. \n\nP.S.- We fixed the radio ourselves...blown fuse. \n\nP.P.S- While the dome lights got fixed, they messed up a speaker while wiring it in. \n\nP.P.S.S- We got a passenger seat belt. But don't worry, they stole one out of another jeep on their lot. If you buy from them, check to see that all of your seat belts are accounted for! LOL"^^ .
