My previous OBGYN could not fax the information over because the fax number Carmel OBGYN gave me did not work. I asked the receptionist at Carmel if she could communicate with them and get my information. Obviously this was too much work for her. She told me it would be the same work for me as it is for her, so I should just call my previous OBGYN and tell them to fax my information again. This is beyond poor customer service. After I told her that she was not helpful, she just hang up on me. This is not the office I want to go to."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
