"Very friendly staff, but the services just aren't there in the grooming department. I had a bath, deshed, and nail trim on my dog, Bessie. The only service they got right was the nail trim. Bath was okay but you could still see dirty areas in the under area (Brown/black from dirt, not pink). My biggest disappointment was the de-shed. Bessie shed as much when we got home as before I took her- something's not right about that. This was my second visit to Dogtopia.... like the previous negative review on the grooming department, Bessies behavior was off for a few day when getting her back-not sure what that's about...
